In this article, we show that conolidine, a natural analgesic alkaloid used in regular Chinese medication, targets ACKR3, thus giving extra proof of a correlation involving ACKR3 and discomfort modulation and opening alternate therapeutic avenues for that treatment of chronic discomfort.
